In this edition of The 流浪的厨房, we’re headed across the Pacific Ocean to Thailand! From the hustle and bustle of Bangkok to the calm, 宁静, 清迈的宁静景色, there's something for every type of traveler, 和吃. 就食物而言, it goes without saying 那 Thailand has impacted cuisine throughout the world.

We'll start off on the warm and 舒适的 path with 泰式咖喱火锅(Suki)!

Originating in the Nothern part of Thailand, khao soi comes together in just 15 minutes and is the perfect quick and easy soup for a chilly weeknight.
